FD3S: Sanai Works Type Aero Kit. Available.
i finally started painting my car. these parts are so great to work with, those of you not doing it yourselves, your body guy will love you. almost too easy. should have some pics in the next few weeks. colors a little out there for some people so be ready.
i did, but before i even had this bumper. it should work, i trimmed mine when i had a 99 bumper on for the lights. when i cut it up for my intercooler it left it pretty much useless as far as i saw it. but you should be able to use it with this bumper but it does need trimming to fit 99+ bumper lights.

I am in the market for a new kit right now and I would love to have this one. However, the front fenders are a necessity if you ask me. Can we see if there is enough interest in them now? As I have been looking through the posts it looked to me like there were a lot of people wanting them.
Hey there,
Unfortunately, we cannot do that type of custom work. We're more of a manufacturing company than a custom body shop company. I'm sure they can be done by any body shop.
Im guessing there are quite a bit of you guys interested in the Sanai front fenders at the moment. Perhaps... give it another shot?
Does anyone have a picture of their door sills/jams. I can't quite figure out if i wanna rivet it in place there or use 3m tape. I want it to blend as much as possible, so i am thinking tape, but wanted to see what you guys are doing.
thanks.
thanks.

It's about damn time you're putting the kit on Josh...sheesh. Although I'm not even close to putting mine on yet hahaha. Let me know what you end up doing cause I think I'm gonna put my kit on before I deploy again. And let me know when you and Rob are coming out to visit haha.
they are cool. i have some other wheels im finally geting tires on tomorrow im putting on. for my stuff i just have to put on the L sideskirt and bumper. im holding off on the bumper i need to build a ramp or just redo my sidewalk so i can get my car out. the front bumper sits like a inch, maybe less off the ground
i have to get the weatherstripping on my hatch so i can put the spoiler on finally. i got some doublesided tape today, and it does work awesome holding the sides on. i just used that and zip ties on the ends and its solid, so tape is great.

^Yeah I saw what you said in the other thread about not being able to make it out of your driveway hahaha. What part of CO are you in? We're getting together a pretty good group of FDs here in the Springs. And we go up to Denver every now and then for meets or drives. Maybe we can all get together sometime.
So tape works well huh? That's cool, now I know.

^Haha, yeah it does hahaha.
It looks good man. I've actually never been to any rotary meets up there other than one with CMZC, but I went on the last drive through the mountains that Mike B put together, a couple months ago. I plan on going to the car show on Sept 20th though.

one for this thread. still havnt permenantly attached the front, i need to do my oil cooler like this weekend, i DID get out of the driveway wo bumper and theose kaid without breaking anything, when i put these on the front i dod raise it about a 1/4 inch i got massive rubbing when i was driving it
that was the ride height i was using for 17s i just went to 18s and left it\ so it needed adjusting i guess....i will be building my driveway ramp im hoping to get someone to take decent pics pretty soon.

^Looks good man! Are you going to be at the Sonic meet this next Sunday? I'm trying to make it up there but my car has been at the tuner's giving me problems since last Monday so we'll see, haha. I'd love to see your car in person.
im really interested in this kit, but im more interested in the burnout front bumper. shineauto said he seen one guy do this combination and I was wondering if anyone knows who he and possibly link me to his car
