Pics of provisions for the lens covers added to our front bumper moving forward. I am also attaching a pic of a sample material the len covers will be in. Pics should show there is a slight purplish tint pretty damn close to the original.

Thickness will be close to the original Feed lense covers as possible. It is important is sits flush with the bumper and not protrude. The sample piece is thick, but that was only a sample to show color tint and hardcoating finish. Our spoon fog light covers for the S2000 bumper is very close to the Feed lense covers in thickness. I don't think this will be an issue for the manufacturer.

I apologize for the late update, but unfortunately, I do not have much to update with. Please keep in mind we're not building these ourselves, but contracting a manufacturer we have worked with to build other plastic parts to build these for us. In short, we're at their mercy when it comes to updates.
We did pay in full for the molds some time late Jan earl Feb. We're just as anxious to see how these turn out as much as you guys are.
This is an email reply we received on April 25th:
"Hi Ken
For some reason the mold make has been having a super hard time getting a scan off of your part. I thought we were going about this more simplistically, but I guess the challenge is much greater than I thought. Anyway they (our partner company) has purchased a fancy scanner to scan this. It is expected in next week. We are hoping everything goes well, so that we can have your mold completed in the next 2 weeks. Sorry, and thank you for your patience Ken."

Just received another update from the manufacturer today:
"Here are some progress pictures. We finally found a company that was able to laser scan the dimensions from your parts. They delivered the first sample mold yesterday. We will have to prepare the mold for vacuum forming. I will keep you updated on the first part that come out."

At the moment, the lens cover will work over standard 99 spec turn signals, which is the setup on my own personal car.
Perhaps someday, we can offer the light combo, but we need to figure what lights they used first. We don't have a set to examine.

I would like a set of lenses as well.
I know exactly what lights they use for the feed combo. The reason I know this is because for some reason the lenses of the lights was deformed of the heat. There was a brand on the lenses and I searched shops in Japan.
Only the assist HID lights would be a problem as they are the raybrig assist HID and they seemed to be out of production.

A batch of 25 pairs have just been done. However, they are clear. We're going to send these out to get tinted (purple tint), so they can look as close to the original Feed lenses as possible.
Before we send all 25 pairs out, is there anyone who wants this in clear (no tint)? If so, let us know ASAP. Last call.
