Complete replacement fenders, probably 25mm wider than stock.

Add you to the Scarlett Johansson list?

Yeah, you can add me to the list. But they better flow well with the stock body and not have these:

We're talking about fronts here... Rears are all pretty similar through out the land. And how you mount rear fenders is all up to you. you can flush them in, rivet them, screw them, nail them, glue them, bubble gum, whatever.

Fronts just take off old ones, put on new ones, fit your wider wheels and tyres, and go driving!!! YAY!!

I'd be down as long as they are TRULY wider where they count. I had a set of AIT fenders a while back that fit like absolute crap and were literally no wider in the fenderwells than bone stock ones. I even took pictures to show the company and their response was that I was trying to put too wide wheels on my car. Ummm..hello? That's why I WANTED their wide fenders...

Anyway, I'm running 9" +15 offset wheels up front. I need something that will cover them. If these are those, I'm in!

no. shine has not even said anything about actually making these. this is not a 'deposits' thread, just a gaining interest thread.

with that said, count me in. I've been looking for vent-less front fenders for ages!
as long as their not bigger than 25mm extra... and 20mm would be preferred...

So do we tell shine to make a front fender that will house 9 inch wide rims with a 255, assuming a common/reasonable offset for most of us?

I'm also assuming the target price would be aimed toward other comparable wide fenders.

I have a question. Do you guys care if it's vented or not? And is 25mm wider ok?

the only reason i care so much about this gb is that they are NOT vented. you can find vented fenders anywhere on ebay for dirt cheap.
as for the width, 25mm extra might work for me, though i'd prefer 30mm since that would basically accomidate a 9"rim.

but at the same time, it also doesnt cost much to cover up those vents. I dont know how cheap they are on ebay, but you guys might be paying a bit more to go with our product.

depends on the price
like, do you see this as being over or under $500 for both sides?

i am interested in not vented one. any width is good. the way I see it is 25 to 30 isnt that differant. just as long as they are bigger than stock... and not like 8 inches or anything... cuz those ultra wide ones are ugly. and if the product is worth the extra money(fitment wise and durability wise) than Id buy them.

30mm is like 1.1", which would be perfect for 9" wide rims.

I think the ones one the market range from $200-$375. Ours would probably be $375 + $100 shipping probably.

yep, that'd be cheaper than other non-vented fenders

I like you guys a lot but theres no way in hell I would pay close to $500 for some fenders. I doubt many on here would. Thats not to say they're not worth it because they probably would be, but thats a **** ton of money. $250 range, plus shipping, YES But not $475 shipped.

Chris

(edit) We're not FD guys.

I have my doubts as well. I doubt we can lower it less than $325. We would need 15 guys willing to do it. If not, then we cant do it. It wouldnt be worthwhile for us. This requires TWO molds. Fender molds are one of the most complicated to make. Thats probably why alot of them fit like ****. Raceonusa has overseas made ones for $275 + shipping. But they are vented.

We're talking about only a $100 difference between whats out in the market and what we plan to offer. $50 per side. That's not too much to ask is it? :/
