Hey guys. We appreciate the consideration. That means alot to us, but I'll be honest... we have little experience with doing interior parts. Its a different ball game.

We would have a better idea if I saw the Mazdaspeed CF version in person.

I've talked with a guy that did awesome custom pieces for me in the past and he after a little bit he said that he could do a full replacement for the RHD dash for
1000.00$ if we can get 5 buyers... if more ppl join this we would be able to lower the price but he doesnt want to start making like 100 copies so if this production goes on, its going to be a limited run.

Since we're in Shine's section and I dont want in any ways to disrespect them
please contact me thru PM if your interested.

I believe I saw the mazdaspeed one on my friend's RHD FD and its definitely fake carbon. It would be pretty impressive if someone can make such an intricate piece in real carbon. In my opinion, it would have to be done by a vacuum process to achieve the best results.

Here's some pics of my FD's interior. I chose the silver carbon fiber for the striking contrast against the black. There are many weave types, colors and materials to choose from. There are lots of people offering their services and the work is top notch. If silver is your cup of tea or you want the common black twill(twin), or the JDM 1x1 then I'd suggest Rau-autowood.com. Be sure to search the net for other types first. I found kevlar, and even holographic carbon fiber which looks blueish. Another process to consider is to tint the clear coat to add color. Here's something else to consider, to achieve a quality interior you want the patterns to match on a joining pieces. The clear coat should be non yellowing and uv resistant. The material comes on rolls, to achieve uniformity have everything wrapped at once or purchase extra material. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" holds true. And be prepared to be without your parts for up to several months. A great time to have this done is during an engine rebuild. A $1000-1500 USD price tag would be typical for what you would be expected to pay for quality. Don't waste you're time with overlays, they don't offer complete coverage.
