I tried emailing Ken from Shine Autosport almost a week ago, and yet I haven't heard back from him. Anyone know if he's away on a trip or something? When I emailed him before he was very prompt to reply...Just wondering what's going on. Thanks for any info!

Hes typically swamped in emails/pms, calling is always the best way if you really need to get a hold of him.

 

I talked to Ken last week and he got some stuff out to me pretty quick.

You try picking up the phone? Sometimes a little old school technology beats the new school.

 

Sorry, never knew how else to get ahold of him. He was very responsive to emails before, so I figured he would be if I tried to get ahold of him again. I'll go look up the number on his website.

I'm very used to interacting with Dave @ KDR, who rarely talks to you on the phone and always recommends communicating through email.

 

I had been talking to him through emails just last week. He was always quick to reply to me. Even talked to him on Gchat occasionally. When I actually ordered my stuff though we talked on the phone.

 

God dammit...so he's at SEMA this week according to post number 2? That would probably be why I can't get ahold of him via phone either. Naturally this would occur the exact week I wanted to place an order. My luck, right on cue!
