Dude, if you don't have another SS, I'll convince Wackyracer to help me have a BBQ right in your parking space

Woo-hoo! Hopefully I get to take yet another trip this year. And my only two trips to California would be for Sevenstock. Someday I'll go there and actually get to look around.

Looking good sounds good! Saves me on bringing mesquite to BBQ with

Is it sounding good enough to start getting caravans and whatnot setup?

bern, 1st of all thank you very much for trying your best to get this show off the ground for another yr, but sorry to come off greedy (idk how 2 spell it lol) but if this yr is another huge succsess (im sure it will) will there be a next yr? i know it seems like it's to early to call it, but u said that mazda has been asking so im assuming that they might continue to support correct? once again i thank you for your hard work and dedication it is very much appreciated im sure by the entire rotary community.

Thanks thafox... well on the year after, I can't say. We're taking it one year at a time, and we are still struggling this year, so there is no way to know if 2006 is in the cards yet. Things change at the drop of a hat, so there is no way to know.

So, if you're asking because you might not make it this year, I would say, please try to do so... no event is garaunteed forever!

there should definately be one.... It would be a big pisser for everyone for it to abruptly end. Hell... they should charge $5 to cover costs.

RX-Heven finally has his T2 Vert completed (400rwhp+) and there are a few other cool "RX-7's" to bring down.

I wouldn't mind tossing $5 for the event.

Well, there are several people from the east coast that I know are going if it's held, so please don't let us down. It will be a first for us and hopefully for quite a few years to come.

I don't know if anyone said this or not, but in the interview with Amemiya-San in RX-tuner, He said that he will be in Seven-stock this year. So there would be another one ^_^ and the need to have SevenStock again, is because we need to have it for the RE-A FD to be there =D

IT'll BE COOL and i don't mind driving so far from norcal ^___^

Why should there be another sevenstock? I mean, it's only the largest all-rotary event in the world, more people come every year, more rotary-exclusive businesses are able to make sales there than any other given week of the year, people love to have fun, meet people, and look at nice cars. So, I ask, why is this such a big deal? Rotary owners are a tight-nit community, and if you take away the one event that brought us closer together than anything else, then why bother making a big deal that the rotary is unique? It must not be as important as cars like ferrari's or lambo's, who all have their own meets. Honestly, I forsee the future of rotary cars not going much farther than it is today, with gas prices high, talks of low petroleum reserves, and more and more hibrid cars on the market, we are being forced into the corner, eventually pushed out of automotive all together, with the exception of being a footnote in a textbook at wyotech and such. We need to hold on to this, savor every moment that rotary's are here, because as history shows, all good things must come to an end. If we don't do anything to think of rotary vehicles, then nobody will, and they will just get lost in the muck of history, forgotten by all but a sacred few.

According to the last issue of RX Tuner, there definitely WILL be another Sevenstock, since Amemiya-san said he's planning on attending

It's to bad Amemiya-San doesn't have a say, eh? If we can get another one put together, he's definitely on the VIP list though! He was supposed to try and make it last year, but the Amemiya race team had a race scheduling conflict!

Bern, I didn't mean that what he says goes. What I meant was, it seemed like he already had an invite to it, and was thus saying he's definitely coming. Assuming such, an invite implies it's definitely in the works. I could have misunderstood though.

No issues.. FDNewbie. Yes, he does have a standing invitation... I actually personally invited him, and told him that if we had an event this year, he and any of his RXs, would definitely be MORE THAN WELCOME!!!
