I think the price last year was closer to $40. The Hilton is charging us more ( I was not involved in dealing with them), but we're getting a change in the menu. I got sick of the Chicken wellington?!... This year's menu will feature NY Steak and a few other changes. I will post the menu when I get home later.

Guys,
As Bern has said, we do nothing but try. We've been calling, begging, pleading with supporters/sponsors on helping us out.. and looks like all of our begging has been fruitful. Mazda has agreed to "chip in"/subsidize (whatever you want to call it!) for a little bit of the Banquet costs and I'll be updating the SS9 Banquet site later tonight with the new ticket price! Thanks Mazda!!

New Pricing for Banquet seat is $43 US DOLLARS! Thanks go out to Mazda of course, helping the RX owners out.

For those who have paid, I'll be issuing refunds, UNLESS of course you would like to "donate" it to our cause, you know for the club!

Just Added

Just confirmed for Sevenstock 9 are Sylvain Tremblay and David Haskell of SpeedSource Race Engineering! Making the trip to SoCal with Tremblay and Haskell will be their Grand Am Rolex GT RX8 they been developing and competing in for 2006. SpeedSource has specialized in Mazda racing since its inception. Throughout the late '90s, continual development of the 2nd generation Mazda RX-7 produced a national market for the ITS class car, engines, and components. SpeedSource built over 50 Mazda RX-7s and dominated club racing, winning the SCCA ITS ARRC championship in 1998 and 1999.
SpeedSource also developed the 3rd generation Mazda Twin-Turbo RX-7, and again produced on-track results and built a market base for race parts. Endurance racing from 1996 through 1998 saw the two-car team score numerous poles, podium finishes, and the 1998 team championship in the Speedvision Cup. SpeedSource, with primary support for Mazdaspeed and Mazda USA, develops, builds and races the Mazda RX-8 in the Grand-Am Cup ST Championship, winning the drivers and teams championship in 2004, the first year of development. For 2005, SpeedSource repeated their 2004 success with the 2005 Driver, Team, and Manufacturer's Championship.
Our Banquet program has come together extremely well and with the newest addition it promises to be something very special. Purchase your tickets today!

I got two tickets to the SevenStock 9 Banquet, and I'm not gonna be able to make it out to Cali. I'm sellin' 'em for $80 shipping included, that's $40 each. You'll save a whole $6 for doin' nothing, woo hoo! If you want 'em send the money through PayPal, schism42@hotmail.com. Email me first of course to make sure they're still available before sending your money. Obviously leave your address and any other information you feel necessary.

Alright you cheap bastards, I need to get rid of this ticket somehow. I'll give it for free BUT you must shoot me a PM as to why it would be a good ethical choice for me to give you the ticket as opposed to others. If no one gives me a good argument I'll just let it sit in my desk and never look at it again. Have fun
