Looks like all new pavement for Sevenstock 13.
Cars and Coffee, the weekly open car meet held every Sat from 6:30 to 9am on the same grounds, will be closed for paving on the 14th and 21st of August for paving. They've already done mucho landscaping.

I wish I could drive out, but Michigan is a bit too far.... but considering a flight to Cal. I'd love to attend.
A question: are there a lot of cars for sale at the event? I'd really like to find a nice FB that has more power than stock.... maybe a turbo FB of some nature. I sort offigured that the Cali coast must have some nice FBs looking for new homes!

Hmmm... I'd swear that I've seen small For Sale plaquards on dashes or placed on seats in the past, but I may be wrong. Anyway, yes, if you're looking for a clean, rust free, low mileage ride, SS would definitely be a trip to consider.
We do allow "For Sale" signs, but nothing larger than an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper placed on the dash please.
We don't want the place turning into a huge swap meet.

Maybe we could trade for a truckload of Rotary Keychains

Thanks! It's an old ad.. I wonder if it's still available.
I either want to find a ultra clean GSL-SE with no engine (and then do the engine build out myself) ... or something like the ad you sent me.

B...was at Mazfest all day at California Speedway, twice as big as last year. They used the big oval roadcourse "roval"
Call back...of course we're hoping you're coming to SS13 this year but I know you might skip a year.
Hope you're well...you must be busy.
More photos!
If it's like former years you just line up in the queue early and then the organizers come around and pick cars to give special passes that folks hand off to the attendants during the processional.
They tried to do a popular vote last year but it created a couple sources of headache and heartburn. I can take some of the blame for complicating things when I jokingly entered my piston-powered car into the nominations before getting accidenttally let in to the official vote. However, others complianed that voting turned into a popularity contest.
Either way most folks agree SS is supposed to be more about fun and camaradarie than it is a competition and as such it just works better to let the organizers decide who they want to showcase each year.
