Sevenstock Xi - Instructions - Please Read!

A big thank you to all of the Rotorheads who will be headed to SevenStock XI! Thanks to SoCalRX Club, Volunteers, Rotary Vendors and Mazda of course, for letting us borrow their parking lot for our annual event.

Here's the basic plan for the morning before the event gets under way.

First and foremost, all SevenStock Crew members will be wearing these:
PLEASE FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS AS INSTRUCTED, THANKS!

The only Entrance to SSXI is to enter Gateway Blvd on the South side, from Alton.
Gateway is CLOSED on the North entrance, ALL DAY.

You will then make a left hand turn to this BIG parking lot we have borrowed for the day as well!

Parking will be according to generations: Old Schools, FB, FC, FD, and RX-8s. There will be a handful of volunteers to assist you in staging here at this lot, please do not run us over! This lot is not for you to act like an @SS, burnouts, speeding, slalom, etc ... Irvine PD will be staffed at the event, and we will not hesitate to point them in your direction, so PLEASE act accordingly.

****IMPORTANT!!**** ONLY LINE UP HERE IF YOU CAN STAY UNTIL 2PM!! WE WILL NOT LET ANYONE LEAVE THE SHOW AREA UNTIL 2PM! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! CARS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE UNTIL AFTER 2PM! Park in the "Non Rotary" area if you are leaving before 2pm! THANKS!

SevenStock will officially begin at or around 9am. When that occurs, please listen to our parking volunteers!

Cars will head out to the show area, in a single line, around this building.

***Cars are backed into the parking spots, if you lack this ability, please practice this week, until you are able to do so. If you are taking 10mins to back up in a spot and holding up the line, it is not cool.***

Part II

If you have attended SevenStock before, the layout remains the same. Please visit our Raffle Booth and purchase tickets for the BEST RAFFLE anywhere. Tickets are $2 EACH

For those of you who will not be driving a Rotary Vehicle to the event, please park here. IF YOU MUST LEAVE SSXI BEFORE 2pm, PLEASE PARK HERE AS WELL!

The DoubleTree Hotel, which is where the SevenStock Banquet is held at 7pm, is located here.

And remember folks, PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, it will help us get the event going quickly and efficiently. We'll have event programs available that day, so please check it out and see where you want to be to attend special programming like our tech sessions, etc.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! SEE YOU THIS SATURDAY!

The SS unwritten rule for those 7's were to keep their hoods CLOSED. DC you didn't follow?

+1 for me too, but I couldn't believe how fast he was going. What if a kid/person... nevermind. Yeah, sick burnout nonetheless.

Hoods closed or not, the rev session gave it away.
Btw, I bought an FD rotor shaped key and oil dipstick handle from you.
