So Bern now that we know that gate 17 will open at 6am, what time would you say the caravans should arrive at gate 17?

Once we reach capacity (our venue will hold a predetermined # of RX vehicles only!), everyone else will have to park at the General/Non Display Parking Lot, Gate 9.

You will tell me INSIDE or OUTSIDE, pay ( CASH ONLY!) and I will hand you an ENTRY CARD and WRISTBANDS to get into the Venue.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF OUR PARKING STAFF AT THE STAGING LOT.

One more note: Folks, please practice backing up your Rotary!!! Backing up at an angle, or backing up perpendicular. Find an empty parking lot and practice, you don't want to be THAT guy/girl holding up the line when we are rolling to the show area.

Bernie just announced their first meeting. They agreed to have SS15, next meeting will discuss venues and date. Look for update within the next few weeks.
