Will pay a mechanic to put my FD together in NC. Would like it done before I get back

Im about to head back to Iraq for trip 3.
I have a 94 FD, that has a blown engine. I bought a used stock engine, and I have all the stock parts, a hoist, ecu, everything need to do the swap.
The only thing I dont have is time.
Willing to pay for someone to do the swap, the engine is already to be pulled, everything is out besides the core and tranny, and the new engine is sittin on a crate.

the wife and brother are ready to help out.
