The red FD that's been sitting at Steve Killian's tire shop for probably a decade. Finally stopped in there the other day, because seeing it sit there makes me a little bit depressed every time I pass by, and finally talked to the shop owner. The first thing out of his mouth after I asked about it was, "It's not for sale." Ok? Didn't say I wanted to buy it. Then he told me they started it up for the first time in years just the other day. Not only that, but it's worth $15k evidently... The car's interior is pretty much destroyed, the paint is all but gone, and who knows what sort of engine work it needs, but it's worth $15k as is.

To the owner, just curious as to whether or not you're having that guy work on your rotary? If so, how much do you want for it after he blows whatever seals are left in it?

 

I know people have stopped by and ask about it for years. He always says it is not his and he can't sell it..etc I don't think it is worth 15k. It is in pretty bad shape.
