At that price is good specially if it has a new top, the shifter bushings you can buy on ebay for about $25.00 shipping included, if the dash lights dont work dont worry about it you can get a El Glow kit on ebay also , in fact Preacher just sold his last week for $35.00 which turn from blue indiglo to green indiglo at a flip of a switch. I forgot to mention that when a car has a salvage title its usually bad news becos it might have had flood damage due to hurricane, or it was purchased at a junk yard and the owner put it together .. i would run CARFAX to know its history.. The carfax will cost you about $19.00 but its worth it. at least like that you will know if its been in an accident.

I agree with the carfax thing, I have seen tons of cars that were in Katrina that have been put on the market as running and working cars. They are all trying to pass them off as OK when in reality they have major flood damage. There is a 93 7 on ebay now that is being parted that was in Katrina.

PureMdMa is right...
There are many people that are trying to jump on the Katrina Merry Go Round but in reality whenever someone buys a vehicle that has a rebuilt title its probably because it has been in a major accident and you know this south florida...they are everywhere... I would put money on it that this vert sustained some serious damage to the chassis.. it will never be the same so they cannot register it as a clean title... it has to be a rebuilt or salvage if its been pulled from a salvage yard as in Junk Yard. That automatically reduces the selling price.. dont get conned into thinking that a rebuilt title is the same... when you try to sell it people who know wont want to touch it unless they dont care and need a transportation car regardless.
