Which counties in Georgia dont require you to pass emissions / inspection to get your car registered ?

Im looking to move and plan on moving to a county with no emissions so i can get my rx7 registered without having any emissions test or inspection needed, and I'm not sure which counties you can do this.

 

All but the metro Atlanta area. Look at Forsyth.

 

I found out on a website forysth county has emissions laws as well, only one i know that doesnt is Barrow County

Chatham and surrounding areas... Savannah is a rotary friendly enviroment... we need more rotor heads anyway.... and as a bonus we are close to the beach!
