FL Want to pull my engine ASAP ... who wants to help?

I want to pull my FD engine so I can send it out to get rebuilt. Preferrably this weekend. I'll provide an assload of beer and food for all who help.

If you have a cherry picker that will be a hugeeeee help, otherwise we are going to have to jack the car up and slide the engine out from underneath. Also if you have extra tools thats good too. I have most of what we would need to do the job, but it doesnt hurt to have extra.

I'm in Cooper City (aka Fort Lauderdale). I have an idea of what I'm doing ... but not 100% sure on it.

We can make it an RX7 meet if you guys want I can fit about 8 cars in the driveway so it would be a good hangout too

if u cant get a chery picker just get a 20$ come along and build a 2x4 a frame . its like 40$ or less to build a getto cherry picker that will work. a hell of alot easier then undoing the subframe and everthing else

or even rent one from a local equipement rental joint. anything is easier than trying to jack a FD up several precarious feet into the air to put an engine onto the ground, or on a rolling object.

I have and engine hoist and stand, but I'm not taking it all the way down there. Bring it to Orlando and I'll help you pluck it.

I dont know if you have harbor freight down there but i bought an engine hoist from them for a 100 bucks. I would have definetly given you a hand if you would have been anywhere close to here. good luck
