New to the area and finally was able to get my hands on a S5. I have seen a few FC in JC, Gray, and Elizabethton but have not seen the owners. Was wondering if this area does anything or at least meet some local 7 owners.

That would be nice. I have work to do before the 7 is reliable road ready. Hopefully, I get the brake stuff in this week but got issues with cpu, shifter, and window to still work on. At least I didn't get any hassle from Mazda to get the automatic seatbelts fixed (parts are ordered) and I got the wheels and tires installed. Little progress.

 

My coworker thinks I lost my mind but I think it is cool for my first try ever rebuilding and painting calipers. Before and after...

Front calipers are next 🙌🏻

No. Mine is in the paint shop for new paint and 99 spec front bumper. Just let me know if you're looking for any parts. I have owned many 2nd gens over the years and have some stuff I no longer need.

i got to spend this week fixing my height. Got my first set of coilovers and she is a weee bit low lol.

 

My little hooptie is heading in for plastic surgery 🙌🏻😁. Might be the longest 3-6 weeks. But I am sure she is going to look awesome without dents and scratches.

Is not often I get worked up about things but ......had to stop by body shop to drop off wheel lock tool and got to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Can’t wait to see the 7 back together, shiny, and brapping as my daily driver. 🙌🏻👍❤️
