Your times get lower and lower everytime you post them....

The best I saw you run at Moroso was a 13.3... where did the 12.4 come from ????
You sure you didn't read the slip wrong.

Wait a sec, my best that day when you saw me was 12.9... NOT 13.3, It's on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nl_LS56nKSQ

I did run a 12.6 after that weekend though...

I was looking at an old slip from my 2004 Z06 when i ran it stock, now with the 2009 Z06 should be another story but im not running that one in the 1/4 lol...

So yeah, i think my RX-7 can be in the mid 12's with the stock twins and a GOOD launch but i'm not running it again until i get the GT3574R installed and tuned.

I still want to race you with my stock twins! lol...

I didn't get to see that run so thanks for posting it.... I was also running that day and was in line when you had that good run... When I finally sat down all I saw was the 13.3 you ran.

If Im not mistaken... your turbos are BNR turbo's NOT stock.... Ask the original owner you got it from and you might be surprised....

Nope, they are rebuilt STOCK twins, running 13 PSI. I talk to the original owner all the time and they are NOT BNR turbos... You must be thinking of someone else at DGR that talked about that... but definitely not my car. =P

Just plain rebuilt stock ones man! =)

I heard that you raised your boost and/or used race gas for your best pass that night... which is great but...

How about you go back to your previous boost setting on pump gas and race my stock twins at 13 PSI on pump gas?

I have a mid 12-sec car so it should be an easy race for you right?

=)

Tell your news source to get the right info...

I mixed 5 gallons of 93 octane with 5 gallons of 100 leaded octane from a Sunoco gas station. Safety for the cold weather...

Boost was set to 17 lbs vs the 15 lbs it was tuned for.....AFR's were to low 11.0 to 10.7 ... car was too rich so more boost = lower AFR's

When your ready, let me know.... Come with everything correct so you don't cry about anything.... no excuses like "I'm on twins....I'm not tuned...Wait till I get my GT35.... etc...etc...

OH.... BTW>>>> 12.9 is NOT mid 12's..... That's HIGH 12's.....
