JerryD680, if you are in, we just need one of the three remaining pending to commit to get this nailed down. I have blocked Steve's calendar. If we get enough interest, Steve will stay over for the 9th.

Pito13B is working on the Dyno location and I will be collecting deposits or we can send directly to Steve.

Ok guys sorry for the late post but i spoke with Robert at 2fast autosports today and told him about our group tuning session. He said any date would be fine with him as long as we notify him a week in advance. Rates for the dyno vary depending on how many cars we get but it should be between $50 and $75 an hour with wideband.

 

Roberts going to laugh when he sees me. It'll be the third time ive tried to get my car tuned, and the third person to try it.

First guy blew it up.
Gaby noticed i had a problem, and stopped before anything bad happened.
Ive since rewired it. Third times a charm?!

Actually it wouldnt surprise me if i left the dyno with an untuned car and a big for sale sign in the window.

 

Alex, thanks for checking with Robert! So we need one more person and we are good? Things are looking good then. I got my deposit ready to send out. Lets do this guys!

Since I have never done this before, I'll ask: Do you guys prefer to send the checks directly to Steve or do you want me to collect and then pay Steve? $200 deposit is non-refundable but is transferable should someone take your place.

Steve needs the following information from each of us as soon as possible to insure he will be able to tune the car to the owners satisfaction:

- Basic setup, type of turbo, ignition, etc.
- Fuel system, injector size, pump.
- Porting
- Type of apex seals
- HP goal

Relative to the dyno, will it be available on Sunday the 9th if necessary?
I'll PM Neil to see if he is in as our 5th.

This has gone way too smoothly, something has to go wrong soon.

The faster Steve gets our deposits the better. Does he have a preference? I am fine either way. I believe the 9th was fine for the dyno, but we will double check to make sure. Wow, if we already have 5 this has gone extra smooth.

We are confirmed and on Steve's schedule for the 8th of May in Orlando. Still have one open spot for Saturday. Right now, it's just a one day event.

That is our five. Moosejaw is having a retune which does not count for the five required.
As soon as Steve receives the deposits he will book his travel. At that point we will be locked in. I'll ask Steve when he is booking so if anybody wants a tune on Sunday he can stay over.
Probably a good idea to speak up pretty quickly.

We are good to go and probably full for Saturday May 8th. Steve indicated he is flying out Sunday late so there is the possibility of tuning this day also. Speak up if you want to be included.
