i think a forum such as this can be easily misunderstood or words can be taken out of content very easy. i don't know the thread originator but i commend your efforts to bring the rotary community together....its certainly not easy. many have tried before you and many will after you. i can also tell you that i know most of the people that posted on this thread and i can assure you they mean no disrespect or ill will.
i suggest, to the thread originator, to come out to a DSR meet or the local meet that is scheduled for Friday of this week. you will get to meet most of the people that posted on your thread and you will find that we all have the same thing in common "Rotary Powered Vehicles" We all work hard and spend every extra penny on our cars.......sometimes we even spend money we don't have.
maybe if you meet these people face to face they will see that you are a decent guy with a decent agenda of starting a car club. maybe they won't......who knows?
nevertheless............good luck on your car club.

i still got my car , i am going for the clean track look, as far as my interior its all going back to oem and locating some efini seats, suspension work all the way and i will be using this car as my full time daily
now what i am going to build next is solely a track car, 8.70-8.99 sec car FTW!!!! sponsored by , tuned by KILO RACING, suspension built and tuned by MANNY VIDAL, chasis by Jose Rodriguez .....ahh yeah its gonna be fast and did i mention it will be ALL MOTOR...terrorizing the tracks of southern california
i am done trying to build a fast car out off a street car, 100 bucks says you will get stuck on the line like me ..lol, no traction papa no traction...
i am curious to how you made the motor mounts for the jz block tho

I did say it is a sick FC, but your 1st post was pretty harsh. not hating on you thats not my nature, I say if you can do it or anyone else who can do it, i'm happy for you, but again like I said not everyone is a mechanic. you've tooking 2 years its taking me 3 to make mine and you have done more to your FC than I have done with my FD.
I will be redoing it and putting the A-Spec front bumper and the rear OEM Efini Wing .. It should come out nice..
Anyways man ill be at the Starbucks on Friday.. What time and where???

I guess i took **** the wrong way..only thing that im trying to do is keep the little kids away from my lil car club. You know the kids that think that its cool to drift in a parking lot, knowing that the cops are waiting for someone to slip.. That just gives all the RX7's a bad name.. I ve met a couple of people off the forum at Markham park last year, and every one seemed cool. That's why when people started to post there opionions i just got defensive. I took it the wrong way. It sucks posting on the forum because you can only type, and everything you type is very emotionless. Therefore, being misunderstood.. Like i said before all i want to do is create a club in which serious RX7 tuners can meet up and do stuff every week. Thats all.. If i offended anyone , I do apologize.
By the way your car is beautiful.. Do you got any engine shots??? Also what type of Suspension are you running on that ???

Hey man its crazy how two minds can build almost the same car, at the same time.. I think you got a jump on me.. I found out about your car through my couzin that saw it in O-town like 2 years ago. He called me saying " Yo when did you finish your car", And at that time i had just got it painted.. So i looked on the forum and found your car.. I was left speechless. I know every body probally thinks that i bit off of you. Its crazy even the hood.. Which by the way fits like **** but hey its lighter than the stock T2 hood. Hey what kit are you gonna put on your car ?? Im thinking about the RE Front bumper with the sleek headlights.. But you the flow is hard to come by now in days so for now the Gp Stays.. Until the torque breaks it off!
Yo what kind of Race motor is Kilo Building for you?? Them boys are serious. My buddy Jerry of boostlab in Davie was the one that fabricated my Tranny Mounts and Motor Mounts. He does really clean TIG Welding better than a robot. My buddy Brandon did the wiring.. Thanks Brandon.. Here are some flicks of the Sub frame and the Tranny mounts.
