SC Silver FD Spotted - Harbison Blvd - Columbia, SC

Probably an hour or so ago I was on my way into "Michael's" over by the Circuit City on Harbison Blvd and saw a Silver FD with aftermarket wheels parked across the parking lot. Wanted to look it over but was gone when i came out and it was raining anyway. Appeared to be a very nice car. Anyone know the owner? Board member? Just curious...
