Not to be rude... But it was directed towards you! The only red FD that left those nice little skid marks on 178.

Ok I said that b/c when I approached you about it @ the gas station you acted the same way as what you just stated... that you "had a smile on your face". Correct me if I'm wrong but I asked you about that specific incident and you give me a reply about the entire run...!?!?! whatever tho. And for others passing cars. Yeah Masin and Tray? They live up here to and we drive those roads every weekend and they know when its appropriate to pass. You on the other hand just went with it and you could have been pulling that FD outta the creek and it really being "flooded out".

Believe me. When I want to know the perfect line for on and off ramps on I-26 I'll give you a call man. But if your calling me out on my roads. Your more than welcome to come on back!

Haha you couldn't possibly be more wrong. I love life. Getting out and hiking the mountains, driving the roads, taking pictures, etc. I love every bit of doing **** I enjoy with the friends that are into the same kinds of things.

Ok this is another reason I posted what I did. I realize that there are risks in every day life and **** happens. Umm, DUH! But I posted the above b/c last year on Caesar's Head (the 1st road we drove Sunday). I was riding shot gun w/ 2 other friends of mine and came very close to getting fucked up pretty bad or worse @ the very top of the Mtn. We flipped off of the side of the mountain in a buddies Subaru WRX and could have easily gotten killed. After we climbed out of the car we hiked 7 miles down the run in 8" of snow and ice back to the cars that were parked below the run.

Ok now if any of us were to have gotten injured badly and were losing blood beyond control, there would be NO chance that the certain someone would've made it. Now that made me respect the roads even more. Before that incident. I have grown up as a kid constantly going up there and even now, driving the roads for years before that happened. It opens your eyes. I didn't close my eyes one time the minute I knew we were fucked and the car pointed towards the side of the mountain and we went off. I am amazed that we were all ok.

Don't give me the "shouldn't have been up there in the snow" speech. I've heard it but we get it every year. This isn't Florida.

You aren't the only one that can handle it and i would appriciate it if you didnt say **** that you wouldn't say to my face.
Fight...? No bro, I graduated High School already. But I didn't generalize your driving. Just pointed out that you need to be careful. Believe me, you can ask anyone who knows me that I would've said all of this to your face. I'm not scared to point **** out that's for sure. If you want to take it the wrong way then that's your problem. Kenneth's car was the only mishap for the day. I would hate to have had someone wreck their car and possibly get injured on a day that we all go up to chill and drive.

I'm sorry if the wording doesn't please you but if you would've wrecked in that scenario... you would've eatin' ****. Just plain and simple that either you would've slammed into that big *** truck, or jumped your car off into the river.

I'm not looking to sour things in the 7club but take it how you want it. That's how I see it. Be careful, even if you had it there. It looked close as **** to me, and other members.

I had plenty of time to get over. It looked worse then it was and i had complete controle the whole times. My car is 100% ok now so if you want to do it again we can anytime. I see what your saying tho about being carefull which i was, like i said i wouldn't have done nor tried to do anything that i knew i could not of controled the outcome. Also if you were the one asking me if Reese was my dad i know who you are and i am definatly not scarred to say any of this to your face so please i beg you if you want to talk **** about me or my car feel free to meet me anywhere anytime. 422-5029 i'll answer. But believe me when i say i don't think you want that. I would really rather not have beef with any of the 7club members but if thats what it comes to i wont hessitate to ruin my welcome to the meets to kick the ever living **** out of your ***. So i would choose the next words you say very carefully. Sad to hear about your friend going off the mountain, i have the upmost respect for you guys and know you know the mountain well better then i do but dont knock on how i drive. I surprised myself the way i handled the mountain and would love to go back, we can race if you want, doesn't matter to me. And for I-26, lmfao, find a car worthy of racing on the highway becuase i have plenty of friends in cola. that would love to show you a good line. lol. But you can make this convo turn into whatever you'd like. I have no problem with you as long as you dont talk about me or my car. Thats all on you man.

Wow! First off, I know you aren't Reese's son. That wasn't me who asked you that. So now that we are clear that I'm not who you thought I was; When did I ever talk **** about your car hmm? Never.

You can get all hot blooded that you want to but I have no interest in fighting you. I have nothing to gain from that. That's how I stand on that. I never meant to subliminally point out that I wanted to. I just stated that you need to be careful. If you take it to heart then whatever. You've got your thoughts on it and how you would "beat the ever living **** out of me" and all but I really don't think I would just stand around and let you do that now... do you?

Not saying you were... but if your going to act like a fool in the mountains then by all means do so. It will bite you hard. You "looked" like you cut it close. So if its all cool with you and how you handled it. Then gravy! But I'm going to ALWAYS say something when I see things like that b/c my friends and I have seen way too much **** while we have enjoyed driving the mountains for fun. People can get fucked up quick. I've seen a guy on a motorcycle slide directly underneath an on-coming Explorer and it completely mangle his limbs up on Deal's Gap month's before DGRR this past year.

Just chill out tho. Take it as a word of caution. If you had the situation under control then no worries. That's that you know.

...I don't care about straight line racing btw. Your friends cars? Well if its that then I can pop off plenty of people I know as well. It's silly. Someone has always got something faster than the fastest car. Talk to Dregg100 in a couple of months if you want to find a car to run.

No hard feelings, i would not expect you to just stand there btw. I do cage fighting and am not looking to beat anyone up. Thats not me at all, but you do have to realize how cocky you sound about your driving just because you live where we were driving. You were the guy with the NIKON taking pics, yes i know who you are. I was not "acting like a fool in the mountains" i was driving my car and having fun just like everyone else was. But if passing slower cars on a straight away that i know i could make affends you or anyone else, i honesly could care less. I didn't do anything wrong nor do i need to justify that stunt i pulled i handled it very well and i do respect the roads. You don't know me or anything about me so i would really not say i have no respect for the mountains just because it "looked" like i cut it close. I was in complete controle the whole time and i wasn't the only one driving that way. Other people were cutting it loose and barelly missing cars, i saw reese come inches away on one turn while riding behind him when a truck came flying around a corner in the other lane. Just because you saw my stunt does not mean i am careless nor does it mean i was the only person driving hard.

I only said something about I-26 because you made a smart comment about it previously, don't get all pissy cuz my car is faster then yours. You don't have to care about straight line driving and thats clearly not all i can do obviously. Try driving a 330+ rwhp FD through that mountain killing it every turn and see how differnt it is. Your reaction times have to be much faster and you have to be able to handle the power. Also i'm not looking for a car to run, Masin's car will be a beast when its finished but i still know plenty of people faster on the 4 wheels in Columbia, so maybe he would like to come by and do his thing on 26 when its done. I look forward to seeing it complete because he seems to be doing i right and it should be a FAST FD. So props to Masin.

Look man for the last time, i'm not looking for a fight but if you want to pop off at the mouth don't expect me to just sit still. You have my number and if you want it to get graphic we can do that. Hit me up whenever. Or we can both just drop the **** and we can all be friends and there will be no hostility in the RX7 community. Either way.

Well I'm glad its all getting cleared out. But the comment about you cage fighting is irrelevant. I wasn't thinking to tell you I have my CWP just to try and impress you or anything. But anywho.

Don't worry. My little 1987 TII is my pride and joy right now. It was @ 54k original miles this past February from the original owner when I got it. So yeah, I'm quite happy w/ my car and the mods I have so far. I give you props on your car b/c its clean but its an example of how different our tastes are. Your car is not my kind of thing.

I have... on a regular basis. Masin's silver car @ 440whp on that same very road and others. Car is built for that kind of thing and is such a blast to just rip through the corners. Every bit of power it was making, it was backed up w/ 3x the suspension and braking power that it needed. My buddies SR 240sx w/ some very nice mods is something that I have had the pleasure of flogging time after time. On one occasion I had "permission" to drive it as fast as I could down 276, I did and it begged for more. Power was fantastic uphill and down. Braking was superb and not one hint of fade at all w/ threshold braking into turns @ 80mph downhill. Turn in was just as good as a built 7 in any generation. Sticky tires and suspension set up was awesome.

But there are so many factors when it comes to driving up there. We have a friend in a bone stock KA 240sx w/ suspension and brakes that will out-run anyone on the mountain. One reason I love the mountains is that it enables a car that is making 3 times less the power of any high powered car to completely destroy the "faster" cars. I have seen it done countless times running downhill or even graded runs. So posted #'s do not help, there are always factors.

I am cocky about the roads up here when given certain things as you saying you can out drive me in them. For ***** and giggles and no hostility! I would love to run you for real. No "keeping a pace for a meet" kind of thing. If you want. Not looking to **** talk or whatever you know. Just drive.

But I'm finished. So be it. I know how I stand on this and I'm fine with it. I'm not talking **** about you or your car. So get that clear. I pointed out what "I" saw. Not about something I didn't such as Reese getting loose in a couple of turns. I know he can handle it b/c he attends B3R every year and gets plenty of seat time up here. Plus he had the 20B 10AE and I'm not going to question his driving.

Good, then its dropped. As for going on a fun run, sure! I'm not to sure how that race would work though but it sounds like fun. I love the competition, if you beat me in your second gen, props to you and no sarcasim intended. I think we can both agree that this got a little to heated but i'm not saying anymore about that. Its in the past and thats where it belongs. No hard feelings and i appriciate you looking out.

Zach, it's a joke. We all become the butt of one at some point or another. It's cool. Just laugh and move on. All friends here, ok?
