You won't have to if you change from default to 40 pages a post, I'm only on page 259, haha.

What wheels are you talking about, the Sport Max? They're only $510 for a set?! About how much did you pay for yours? 5Zigen has some out now that I really like too, but they only go to 7.5 wide...screw that! If you're looking at the Sport Max, I heard they aren't near as good quality-wise as Enkei, so I'm sticking with mine, for now at least. If I can get enough money someday I want to get some Volk TE-37, deep as possible with the concave look.

i am looking for the lip.

a set of sportmax's in 18 will run you about 700. my 5zigens ran about 300 each($1200 for the set) not willing to spend any more than that on a set of wheels that is just gonna get beat up.

paying 500 a wheel is insane!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is why i wouldnt buy the volks. the first time something happens to a $500 wheel i would cry.

maybe i will be smart and stick with what i have. dammit i want a polished lip!! (you know why too, and dont think you are shipping out first either, project twins is imperative)

^+1 to the whole thing. The only reason I wouldn't want Volks, same reason. I am also looking for the lip, that's for sure. I don't want to pay a whole lot just for something that's gonna get beat up either.

the rims i have found with a lip, that are in my price range are

the sportmax 009s they come in 18" which makes me happy

the TSW Volcanos only come in 19" for the widths i need. not thrilled bout that, only because i think it will look just a little too big. but i am leaning towards them anyway.

THATS about it. if you can think of anything else. let me know.

I say yes to those.

I got trained today. No, not in the pornographic-oh-God-but-I'm-a-guy way. GSK training. More training tomorrow and Monday and Tuesday and...that's it.

Homie gettin' tired of his WRX? Fine by me. I stick with what I said; Evo! 4 doors, 3 diamonds, 2 liters, 1 turbo. Works for me! Of course, the only reason I'm getting one is to be a Rotary Ambulance on a RRDI Dragon trip...ahem...yeah... I'll keep a chainsaw in the passenger side to remind me of what I used to drive. When I feel nostalgic, I'll just fire it up.

Sandy Claws' *** FTL. That was sneaky.

^^^^^damn that. you could do an LS1 RX7 if you wanted to get teh best of both worlds. haha.

but seriously EVO is a nice ride. remember it is a rally inspired car, not a drag car. no matter how fun it is to light up all 4 tires, you need to restrain yourself. you will kill the transfer case. two people i know locally have done it.

Thanks! It's a pretty nice facility.

Just in case everyone here doesn't know (I already knew, but want to reiterate.), it takes roughly 8-10 years for a drug to hit the market. That's from discovery to product. It also costs around $800 million. Amount of money recouped from the new product: ~30%. Reevaluate your view on the pharmaceutical industry before you freak out about costs.

That wasn't pointed to anyone in particular. I was just stating it.

Oh yeah. I've been reading about it for a little. Dumping clutch at higher RPMs = stupid. It was never about that. It was about having a nice handling car with four doors and fun when I want it to be.

LS1 RX-7 I would most definitely do, but size...pfft! Trying to fit anything in the trunk, ha!

Operation: Fat Shaft should be in effect Saturday. I should be getting the new member for my car Friday. With that said, I'm going to flip the car over to work on it better. That's right, I'm going to drink lots of Red Bull, eat 5 lbs. of beef jerky, and roll my car over with my bare hands. Then a little handiwork with a crowbar, some WD-40, zip ties, and duct tape, and I'll have that thing in there. That should easily put me at the 5000 rwhp mark, easily. I'm hoping that will be enough to challenge my rival:

rofl. i hate when that happens. i went to drop the kids off at the pool the other day just to find out the pool was closed for maintenance. i almost **** myself, literally. hahaha

phil, shouldn't you be at work. oh and on your pharmacuetical (sp?) post earlier. all i am going to say is if those ******* stopped paying the guys on the line 80K a year (have two friends that work for talecris moving ******* trays around that make that much) maybe they could cut down on that 800million cost, and/or make up more on the back end. the pharmacuetical companies are making more than enough money. *putting on the boxing gloves* i am not mad at 'em, that is the american way, but i also can't stand by and watch them give me an 'oh woe is me story' talk about a load of crock. How much did the CEO of GSK make last year?

How much profit in one quarter? http://www.forbes.com/feeds/ap/2007/...ap3652508.html

okay this should give people a little something to talk about. love you guys. now it's time for lunch.

Line workers making 80K?! Why the hell did I go to school again? I'm with you on CEOs getting things like horrendous severance packages and retirement bonuses. The one thing that keeps going through my mind now is, "My job can be shipped overseas. Be a valuable asset to the company. My job can be shipped...(rinse, repeat until brainwashed.)" 80K a year. Damn. I would make the stock market my bitch. In fact, after Operation: Evo is complete, I'm going to get into the market using REAL money instead of my online game.
