GA Rotary Tuner in GA or Close to Atlanta

So I found an old thread about a couple of tuning shops in the Atlanta area, but since then all the shops mentioned in the thread have closed.

I found a shop called TopSpeed Motorsports, and spoke to a guy there. He said that was not too familiar with rotaries, but knew the Haltech system well and wasn't afraid of rotary engines.

That said, I would like to find someone who actually works on these things as my build is timed to be complete around September this year.

Note: If I have to set my car up on a flat bed and tow it behind my truck to another state I will, but I want that to be my last resort.

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Contact Doug at DBW, tell him Fred sent u. Doug used to tune for Topspeed and has tuned several of my friends' cars including Supras and RX7.

if a tuner sais that then you probably shouldn't trust them. every tuner should be more leary of rotary engines.

i've tuned hundreds and i'm on edge still with each and every one i touch.

Thank you all for the responses. And RotaryEvolution, I definitely agree with you, and hence why I am looking elsewhere. I will give these guys a call!

You keep moving closer, I think less than an hour away now

When you setup the dyno again LMK, we'll come over and hang out. Hopefully bring the 7...haven't driven it since I last saw you.

Doug at DBW tuned mine a few years ago when he was still at TopSpeed, its still running like a champ with his tune. I recommend him as well.

Hey Raffy, I’m actually looking to get my FC tuned by someone around the ATL area. It’s running a microtech lt9-c. Do you you think you can get me squared up?
