Road tripping up to New Jersey .. whats there to do on the way?
Hey guys .. we are coming from Orlando and driving to New Jersey .. anything fun to do on the way?
So far we're pit stopping in North Carolina and going to Carrowinds and the Biltmore estate. Tryin gto get a winery in or two up there.
I want to do some out of the ordinary road trip type of stuff. We plan on driving through some of the mountain roads.
Any suggestions .. Skydiving, brewarys, themeparks, crazy parades etc
Let me know guys !!!!!

Since your already going to be up there, a trip down the Tail of the Dragon is a must, of course you probably already have that on the agenda.

TOTD is a must, a lot of the roads leading to and leaving the Dragon are good roads.
There is a great little Brewery between the Dragon and Biltmore, it's right off the Smokey Mountain Expressway in Sylva here is a link to it:

Dieter is German and knows his beer, there is also a brewmaster there that is From Florida.
The Biltmore also has a Winery on site, if you get there early enough, you can tour the house then go over to the Wine tasting center and get tipsy. They have really good wine.
If your in no hurry, pick up the Blue Ridge Parkway and drive it all the wat to its Northern Terminus in Virginia.

Have a fun trip, don't drink and drive and drive safe.

PS aren't you on SFR too?

nj roadtrip
when in jersey, check out the shore. Cape May is awesome, Wildwood Beach, Atlantic City [casino's+], Seaside Heights, Asbury Park, etc. lots of boardwalks and amusements etc.
I believe they are having import nationals at ATCO Raceway in NJ this week, maybe a post in NE section.
Go to Chesapeake Bay Tunnel near Washington and Maryland.
Williamsburg Virginia, DC area/ Baltimore
South of the Border@ NC/SC border.
Go to Yankee Stadium before they tear it down and build another [this year]
Philly if you know the right spots.
that should keep you busy for now.
Have fun, most of those places and people are good, but just like in o-town there are predators looking for touristas.
