Thats like a hour from me. I live in the gainesville area.

 

Small rotary world. My shop is in summerville,sc about 20 min from Charleston . After that is Brian at rotorsports in charlotte.

 

My car was built by brian. Now im needing some work done but don't feel like driving 4 hrs.

I heard of autotronix. Never heard of any of their work though. Do you have any information about them?

 

I used to live in Savannah and made the 4 hour drive to Rotorsports. I've also had work done at Mazcare, if you don’t want to make the four hour drive go to Mazcare. You are taking a chance going with someone who doesn’t have a well-built reputation.

 

Car was previously built by rotorsport but I don't feel like towing my car 4 hrs. Mazcare is an hr and a half away.

If you're in Gainesville, just go talk to Danny at Autotronix and see if you like their vibe. I haven't ever had work done by him, but cars he builds are always at the Atlanta Drag strip doing some good numbers. They're across the street from the Autozone on Jesse Jewel, behind the audio/camper store and Pawn Mart. Here's their number: 770-531-9676.

 

I might have to tow it there tuesday. I've only read one thread about autotronix and I think if I can remember it was about a lime green rx2 or rx3 drag car.

 

I can tell you where NOT to go...do not go to Bryn Park just outside Atlanta. RIP-OFF!!!

 

I've seen a far share of shops that rip you off. Alot of shady people.

Yes, Mazcare has just finished getting me road worthy again. I got my 1986 rx7 from my father and have been getting it fixed up. Next will will be the 4 to 5 lug conversion and of course new wheels and tires. They have been very helpful with any questions and their work has been great.

Yes, I have been satisfied with the work. I don't have anything to compare prices against so I can't answer that question. They will quote you a price for what you want done though and you can decide for yourself.

 

Does Mazcare usually keep used parts laying around.. Like housing, Rotors, Etc.. ?
Im from upstate,SC and just blew my engine.. Im thinking of building it my self, but gonna be needing bridgeport service done..
