Rebuild Shops In Orlando
Hey what's up SE Members...
I'm having my GTUs/TII shipped from Missouri in March, the motor will need to be rebuilt. I was curious as to which shops in the area do rotary rebuilds and are reputable.
Thanks in advance, and I can't wait to get back into my FC after nearly a year of downtime.

Fuego it is I guess.
Thanks for the response fellas. I'm having my car shipped down in Mid-March. It'll be great to meet up with some Rotary heads here in Florida. Went to a few st. louis meets when my 7 was running, including meeting Ryan Scott(cool guy btw). That was about 2 years ago though, but anyway thanks again.
Also I see Microtech was mentioned. Is that a good choice for stand-alone in this area? What I mean is, what do most people use for their rotaries here in Orlando area? In St Louis Wolf's were big, but they were pricey(at the time) and almost no one was using Haltechs. My boy Tony has a Microtech on his 13B-RE'd FC but he had to wait for a Steve Kahn tuning session before he could get a decent tune out of it.

Microtech all the way! Steve is great but we have a guy that visits here from Puerto Rico named Gaby. He operates Sporty Racing down there and has been tuning microtech since their begginning. Comes to Orlando about every two months. Everyone here uses him. When you get here and meet everyone you'll see what I'm talking about. There is a good core of rotorheads here. Look us up when you get here.Garret

Avoid Fuego Racing
I would stay away from Fuego!!! I took my car to him 3 weeks ago, he told me it would be done in 1 week, and that was just the beginning. I have a PRISTINE 3rd gen, it blew a coolant seal, but other than that it was PERFECT before Fuego. It was dyno tuned by Steve Kan and an amazing car, ask anyone who has seen it. I got it back on Fri, and the car no longer has any boost, he removed airpump and all the emmissions, without me asking him to, and did not even use block off plates, which is why I assume I have no boost. My car is loud and sounds like total crap. it won't start when it's warm. The AC no longer works. There is tons of vibration. It is loosing coolant. And the list goes on. This is all after it's 3 week visit to Fuego Racing.
