Ok. Here is basically what I'm looking for. I'm trying to start an autocross club for my school(Georgia Tech in Atlanta), and the first thing that I need is a place to hold practices. I was thinking somewhere between once a month to once a week.

Would any of you guys know of a place where we could practice? It needs to be a decently sized parking lot(big enough to do a small course with cones) or something of that nature. Also, getting permission to be there is also important. Maybe one of you guys owns/manages a store with access to a parking lot that we could borrow for a few hours every now and then. Or maybe one of you knows of a place where we could get permission(even work up some kind of liability waver that we all have to sign). If you have any ideas, please let me know. This is something that I really want to do, but I HAVE to find a place like this first. Thanks.
