Possible Member stealing from a non-member
Hope its not true, I was talking to a non-member of this site that had a TurboII engine that was to be put into his car by one of the members in this forum and what story I got was so uncool if that was the case. Although I am hearing 1 side of the story, I am not judging on what the real deal is, but this is the accounts according the my buddie, the non-member of this site...
He has a 87 FC that wanted to go turbo, a member of this forum saw him on the road and told him that he would do a few things for his, since he had a FC also. According to the non-member, the member would do the swap and finish the body work needed and also add a few extra parts that were missing to the non-members car. Well the member took a compression check and stated that the engine was shot and will not give the engine back to the non-member unless he pays him for it, wants 300 for tranny and ??? for engine. He said b/c the non-member wasted his time, the member wanted 500.00 for wasteing his time on a dead engine and if the non-member wanted the engine back, he better watch out b/c he rolls with guns. I was like WTF?
Why would this member say this if the engine was not in the deal?? and then to pop off with the whole, we roll with guns and you cant find me thing is off the wall. I know the member will read this post, but please dont respond since I have not placed your name here nor will I. I just hope you 2 work it out b/c it would be a shame that this is the case and eventually, the non-member becomes a member and states what happened...

I heard the other side of the story, Man o man, the member was getting screwed on this deal then. He was to give a front & rear bumper plus many other misc parts to the non-member for this engine that was "working". Seems that the engine was damaged and the member asked for what he tought was fair, the broken engine and a few bucks to still do all that work. But it seems that the non-member just wanted a free ride. All members that see a thread with a FC part out, I say, Trust this member... This post will be deleted as soon as the moderator gets to it.....
