Rumor has it that the track will open on Jan 16, not Jan 1st. Can anybody confirm this?
Also, I heard it will be a trial period for 7 months, which I thought was pretty dumb because if they build it, they won't build it just for 7 months. Plus it should be such a success that they should turn it into a full 1/4 mile soon. Anybody have info?

I heard the same info...
Something about an event in Jan.. However, did not hear about a trial period of 7 months...
I REALLY hope they open it and expand it to 1/4 mile. It should defintely be a huge success being that every fri and Sat people are out on 27 running anyways.

Yeah what the **** is with the rock pit?? Besides being there all the time and passing out fliers every single day if I have to, is there anything we can do? These people are **** *** morons. There are millions living in Dade county, thousands street race, and the closest track is 200 miles away??? Gotta get the **** out of Dade county if they're turning it into a rock pit.

i doubt theyll turn it into a rock pit after they realize how packed it is and well see how much "street racing" comes off the actual streets im shure tho people are gonna mess it up but it happens but well see how the outcome is

We should start a class action law suit against them for getting us hooked on racing there and then taking away the means of doing it legally. Then the track will be ours and we can turn it into an 1/4 mile.
