Yes they still meet on fri night 9pm starts. Hit me up on PM and me and babydoll or something will meet up with you.

 

I'm for sure going now. My buddies (x2) may come too. It alright if one (or both) drive their own car (turbo RSX Type-S and/or ConQuest TSi)? I can only fit one if one rides with me.

BTW, which of you had the white 2nd gen RX-7 (annivesary eition I think) that parked near the garden center at wal-mart yesterday (Sunday) on 23rd? Looks nice n' clean!

Oh yah..forgot to note I saw a "Tyndall AFB" sticker too if that helps. The dual setup exhaust system seemed new n' shiny. Looked great and well kept. Props to whoever you are!

 

Was it a vert? (Sorry dunno the difference btwn anniversary edition or not) I noticed on another post you said it has a Tyndall sticker.. might be my bro (Kevinsino... look up a couple posts.. he should be out to the Meet).

 

Hey, it wasn't a convertible...but I think it had a sunroof. For the model/anniversary type (I think?) there appeared to be a black rotor-shaped-looking badge near the front wheel openings...sorta' like where the FD "Spirit R" bages are located.

 

^ Nah don't think it was his then. His is a Vert he's got aftermarket rims on it and calipers are painted red. When i go home i'll look for pics of the car and post 'em. I know he said a few posts up he's not gonna enter in to any contests or anything. He seems to think it's not going to look good (which i strongly DISAGREE with him) but oh well!

 

Ok since no one speaks up here is what is going to happen. The 6th is still on! I will also run one the 13th for whoever wants to come then.

Next year the date will be moved to the 13th because the 6th conflicts with the summer in the sun car show in Pensacola.

 

Okay, so May 6th (Saturday) it is which is about 5 weeks away. I'm eager to meet some locals as this'll be my first official rotary car meet. My buds may come too (separate cars) as mentioned previously.

Speaking of nice FC's, someone has a nice FC down Tyndall Pkwy heading towards the base in this townhouse before you hit the bridge (before Sun Bay apts/townhomes). That one is an FC that looks well taken care of.

There was an AE I saw up on Baldwing and Harrison, but the house it was at is for sale now and he's no longer there.

Yah, the only other two RX-7 owners I've ever met here within the boards is DVSSEVEN (maroon FD, for sale now though) and ZZEXLOVER (blue FC).
