The first Cars-n-Coffee for 2013 was a big hit! Huge turnout of all marquees. Just a couple of Rotary's, but still incredible.

Enjoy the pics:

Well guys I got a 99 ranger now, as my DD. I think it is funny that it has two spark plugs per cyl. like a wankel.

Congrats on the new Rx7 recovery vehicle

M104-AMG:

There were 4 rotaries there today. Whose FD with the mismatched fender and missing headlight cover was that?

Thanks. I would like your help. The seats are kind of nasty. So I was wondering if you could help me mount my old FC seats I have.

And what did you see. WHy are you so sure raksj04.

BY the way 6 port motors will never be as good as 4 port when modified and ported.
A full bridge 6 ports will not run faster than a full bridge 4 port block.

I saw a big slot where a apex seal should have been. I also turned the motor over by hand with a finger over the spark plug hole. On number one I could hear and felt compression, on number 2 I didnt feel anything or hear anything.

114% duty cycle is not good. Turns out you really can't run a T04B hybrid at 15 psi with 550/720's

Yep. I'll probably be getting some 1000cc secondaries and using the 720s as primaries. Until then, I'm turning the boost down to 10 psi. It's nowhere near as fun as 15, but diluted fun is better than no (blown up) fun at all.

MegaLogViewer. I just selected Duty Cycle 1 and Duty Cycle 2 on the left column. It shows the max/min as a numerical value at the left side of the graph, and I watched as both primary and secondary injectors shot up to 114% during a 15 psi WOT run.

Damn... in other news... I got the Exedy stage 1 HD today... as well as a RB downpipe. You wouldn't happen to have a pilot bearing puller, would you?

I have one for normal cars, but the one that you need for an Rx7 is stupid. It's called a "blind hole" puller, and I rent it from Autozone. They charge you the full $160 at first, but you get it all back when you bring it back to them. It's the only one that actually works.
