LMAO. I'll bring the basic stuff. This trip will be the first test of my new twin pass radiator. I'm pretty confident that it's going to help a LOT.

another drive over to bridge might be kool and then we could hit up...WW or something else over that way.......

on another note....my car wont be there today...unless fedex can get me my package in the next few hours...i went to take a closer look at my rear brakes...and.....i had no inside pad left..it was about 1/2 cm thick of only metal left....this kinda sucks since i havent been to the last 2 meets and the one i can come to i wont have my car...

i gusse i will wait and see if my package comes soon since it should be here today..

hows the meet going?

Anyway, I tryed to get the 7 started today, and it seems I have a fuel-pump problem. The tank originally had "bad" gas in it, so i was thinking of flushing that out by taking off the fuel hose befor the filter, and activating the pump. But nothen happens.
So monday Im going to pick up my multimeter at school, and test the pump and some relays.
Is the "EGI main relay" and the "circuit opening relay" the same relay? If not, where is the "circuit opening relay" located?

Any other suggestions?

Later.

Drop the tank, have it "boiled out". Replace the fuel pump pickup screen

I see the cola crew never show up I mean spartanburg is not but about hour or so away from cola and everybody says o its too far to drive and all. I have guys that come from virginia beach and didnt think it was too far of a drive. And the everybody is like we need to get organized or something if just one of columbia or charlston crew would show up here then maybe we would be willing to make a drive down there becouse the way things are going now I dont feel like making a 3+ hour drive to chralston to see 2 or 3 other guys due to lack of organization and comitment from other RX7 owners I always plan my meats atleast a month or more in advance so people would have anything planed for that day and still nobody shows up. Last meet that I had there was one guy from charlston coming but his car broke down near columbia but atleast he was making some sorth of atempt on showing up here. Just my 0.02 cents.

My apologies for continuing the supposed 'trend' that the Columbia people don't ever show up. I was up until 3 am trying Friday trying to get my new radiator installed. Saturday consisted of trying to find a fan that would fit in the reduced space, testing it and eliminating various leaks.

That got worked out just in time to have my wiring harness go out on me which caused the ECU to go a little nuts. I'm now in the process of rebuilding the entire harness. This is something I should have done when I first got the engine, seeing as how I didn't make the harness in the first place.

Rotary, I understand your frustration as I used to run into a lot of it when I was getting things started. As of late, Charleston has probably the largest 'active' group in the state. I can only speak for myself, but I'm really sorry that I haven't been able to make it to any of your meets. I've tried but unfortunately I'm still working the kinks out of my car and it picks the most opportune times to show its ***. I'm pretty sure that I can get out there before I leave for California, so please leave the invitation open.

I can understand your side of the story but the rest of the guys from and around columbia.
Ye I cant wait to get my other car and have some headakes with it since my curent 2 havent had anything bad happen to them in quite a while knock on wood. But look at the brite side of the story in your case atleast next 20B swap you will do you will know everything from the start.
