Its not that hard to "try and make it " its far enough away that you can get out of work, and try to get your rx-7 running. Not to hard I got a guy who dosent even have a rotary powerd car and is going to req sat off just so he can go and see all the 7s. hey joey add jeff to the list and his sidekick josh.

Well you can probably count me in as well. I live in Raleigh and have made a few cameo appearances at the RRDI events. This one is right over near my girlfriend's house in Charlotte so I'm sure I can probably make it.... Assuming I get the transmission fixed in the 'vert by then.

Sounds good so far guys. Get as many people as you can to come. It looks like I'll be there FD-less, though. Pending sale.

so the way i figure it is, we should all meet between 4-4:30 if possible. we should park toward the back of the lot so the police dont get pissed. since many of us dont know each other i think we should park side by side for about 5-6 cars then go across from each other way we are close by and can walk around and talk at first. then once everyone is there i think we should introduce ourselves to everyone and maybe give a little info about our car, so everyone gets an idea of who you are and what you got. then we can get some one from the area to give us an idea to eat and go and get a large party table so everyone can sit around. then we can talk about if we want to do this meet more often and if any one is going to deals gap and so on. well thats just my idea of what should go on, any one else got any suggestions? i think the point of this meet should be to get to know each other and deicide if we want to do this more any body else got any ideas?

robs seven - that sounds good.

Oh, and I hope you guys don't mind if I don't actually drive the 7 in. I'll be in my imposter piston powered Mazda MX-6. My RX-7 is undergoing a complete transformation. I'm trying to install FB II's turbo kit, a wide-body kit w/wing, a new suspension, and have it painted ALL before Deal's Gap. Wish me luck.

^^^^^^ You suck. Just kidding Skylance. I had hoped to have the total transformation done on my 7 before Deals gap also. I guess I'll be there minus the paint. O'well. The interior is 90% done. The engine and suspension upgrades are almost done. And I hope I don't upset all the purist out there, because I am going to take a nice blue CP strut tower bar, and paint it red! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! Hope to see everyone there.

I am still planning to make it but my first attempt to put the UIM back on wasn't successful. I'm still trying to track down what I believe is a vac leak. Any volunteers??

Transient Florida guy attanding

Since I'm in Fort Bragg through April, I'm planning to attend.

Unfortunately, my rotary "fuel-to-noise convertor" will be back home so I'll be going "rotary-stag." Look for the guy with the short hair and the "Airborne" T-shirt.
