I think I'm actually going to enter my 10AE. This will be my celebration of sorts for deciding to not sell the car. The good thing is that I'll be in a different category than the 3rd gen above. That thing is awesome!

Anyway, I'll be sure to sign up under the Southern Supercars. I'm not sure if I'll need a room or not. I might be able to stay with someone down there.

OK, I just looked. That's total crap! There isn't even a category for my car anymore! They at least used to have 93+ RX-7s and then Other Rotary class. Damnint, now I'm having to compete against "Other Asian" class. Blah!

I dont go for the competition, I could care less...I do what I do for me, because I want it that way. If you like it, great...if not, screw it.

When you park out of your designated spot, you dont get judged anyway unless you drive to the judges. I just go and park my **** for people to look at, and I walk around a lot myself. I'll probably sit around more this year and watch tv out the back of the denali

FOR EVERYONE- me and my buddies are staying in hampton inn in stockbridge, its about 15 minutes away from nopi and its 102 a night for a room with two beds and 92 for one bed.

unfortunately im the only rotary fanatic in my group, but i still and always bring it strong. id love to meet some true rx7 guys, ive only met one and thats the guy i just recently purchased my SA from. i wish i could have it ready for nopi this year, but i have too mant plans for it. i might bring it the way it is if i get the GSLSE suspension swap finished.

I apologize for not being more organized but things have been hectic trying to get the business up and running strong while working another full time job. Next year I will set everything up much better.

Try to remember to sign up under Southeast Supercars so we can all park together.

I may not even be driving a fd this year so I am just going to try RotaryResurrection's J/k But hopefully I will have something to drive.

 

I want to go this year.. but not sure if I'm going to bring my car.. we'll see..

 

unfortunatly my financial situation at this point and time is not letting me to attend this year. Well theres allways next year.

 

I won't be going to NOPI. Once again, things have gone from half-way ok to total crap. There's no way I can justify spending bill money for entry and gas. I need a real freaking job.

man, that blows. i feel you also. im sure i dont have as many responsabilites as you, but im still struggleing. but i have been looking forward to nopi since i went last year so i have been making sure that no matter what i can go. what is the charge for entry? if youd be interested i have spare room in my hotel room and so does some of my buddies. just incase.

So, how was it?

 

There was actually a large turnout of fds this year and a lot of rx8s. Few FCs that I saw however I did see the most beautiful fb possibly that is out there. I will post pics later tonight if I get a chance. Sorry I am on dialup until next week so it takes me a little time to get the pics up.
