Ok after sitting in storage for about 5 years i have rescued a "79 Wankel for $500 cash. I'm rentting a trailer and picking it up Saterday and taking it to the MazdaPro shop by my house (South Miami area) and hope to having it running soon. So i was looking for any info on the RX7s in the miami area and the clues.

The owner of TANGO'S PIZZA owns two 1st gens... and their Pizza is great...

ya looks like the car is going to sit in store for 2 more weeks.... uhaul gave away my trailer and i can't find another tell monday and next weekend my friend with the truck is out of town =/

I can get you a tow truck for $60.00 for being a club member...

 

wow if i know that 8 months ago the car would have 2 turbos and a wide body kit on it by now...

but i got it moved i found a trailer and moved it the edger's shop and repairs start on Wednesday.

the guy that i got the car from was going to move it the day i bot it but he moved to australia and the guy the left it with i could never get ahold of or was out of town and i have no car or any way to get out to the red lands but thats all done now and the car is on it's way to running.

i just hope it dosen't cost me very much to rebuild the carb, maybe regas line the car, install a digital ignition and a anti theft auto turret with asshat seeking rounds =P

 

I'd love to have a video surveillance system. But who knows how much those things are. But get near my car, and you're f*cked.

 

I would change the carb setup all together... Joe 'LWNSLW' has a Mikuni sidedraft in his and his 1st gen runs awesome... i have a 45mm Weber sidedraft and it runs great... there is one on ebay for $399.00

what kind of power upgrade we talking?

and how hard is it to install and set up becuase i can't aford a shop to do it, i'm just stressing madazpros unclogging the stock carb. we tryed but we couldn't do it.
