Ok, well since I sold my GSL-SE I have been driving my truck everyday and it is killing me on diesel. My SA is out right now getting a little work so I picked up this GSL to get me by until my 79 SA is up and back on the road.

looks good chad. If you are talking about the silver one in Nashville on Craigslist... it looked pretty rough. I think you could find a better deal out there for the money.

I'm still keeping an eye out for it, but if you come across it let me know. Really what i need is a roller, in clean shape. 10k+ up front is not really going to work. I think that my future (as in june) wife would **** her self.

I have a clean 95 MB with 72k on the chasis and 2k on a Rotary Resurrection Rebuild with street port and 3mm seals I'd sell for 10k since you are local. Rides very solid suspension wise. Even has nice cold A/C.

Man.. that is soo tempting to come take a look at, like i said, i think the wifey would **** her self, but let me see what i can do. i just bought a house so i'm expecting a NICE tax return, but I gotta see around the first of the year what is going on with work. DAMNIT!!!!! If you would pop the motor this weekend, and drop the price a bit we could work something out a little faster i'm assured. haha

Ill let you know.

Thanks
-Chris

Chris,
There is no hurry. I am not actively advertising the car right now. I am in Afghanistan until May/June. If you did decide to purchase it, it won't be any big deal to work out everything with a family member of mine. I could sell it as a roller(remove full Engine, Tranny, Radiator and Exhaust) for $8000 or $7500 with stock wheels.

Well... see.. buying this about 3 months ago wouldn't have been a problem, cash in hand... BUT I bought a good size house right out side of lewisburg off exit 37 with 12 acres, and yea... the next 30 years is fucked... haha
