Hey guys...

I have a brother who is 38 with Down Syndrome. His real mother was was not around for 29 years and suddenly showed up 2 years ago. He started visiting with her in Ohio on occasion, but continued to live with our dad. At the beginning of September, he went up for a visit that was supposed to be only 4 weeks. She drug it out an additional 4 weeks and took the time to have my brother's SSI check transferred to her and she filed a neglect case in Ohio. She filled my brother's head with stuff and convinced him not to come back. She won't let my dad talk to him and won't let me talk to him unless she is listening in on the conversation.

I have to fight this but I don't know which attorney to turn to. Does anyone have experience with an attorney in family/custody law in Jax, Fl that really knows what they are doing? Any help/advice is appreciated.
