Hey Guys

Im moving to Jacksonville and looking for a room to rent for up to 6 months. Can anyone tell me what areas in Jacksonville are nice? If you have an extra room to rent, Im looking to spend between 5 - 600.00 per month.

Depending on what area you need to be in. On the south side which is east of the river, there are alot of new places off of 9A near JTB. Someone over there could help you more... Over on the west side there is Argyle which has some nice places to live. Depends on what you will be doing here. You figure about 35 miles more or less from one side of town to the other. Things are really spread out.

My son told me that over in the Argyle/Oakleaf area there are apartments for about 750 / for a 4 bedroom... that seems kinda low for what they usually go for, but maybe the housing crunch has made the prices drop.
