Hi, Currently i live in NJ but because of my job i will be moving down to The Ft Lauderdale area . I was just wondering if some on could suggest a good machanic or shop and i guess any other things i should know about ( spots, meets, or races).

Well, I'll be the first one to welcome you to Florida! I don't know much about Ft Lauderdale, but I know there are a few shops around West Palm like Pettit, Jap Trix, just to name a few.

 

when will you be moving down.....there is a meet in miami on the 24th. the broward guys (ft. lauderdale included) meet at Towers and ride to miami together. when you get down here pm me.

 

I wont be moving down until November. Are there any local tracks or race course in the area?

Yes, but depending on what county you live in. I lived in Tampa and the emissions there sucked. I went and got a PO box in pasco county and registered my car there to get around it.

But yes the Mid/south FL beach life is awesome.
I went to Miami (south beach) once and wanted to move there. Ladies everywhere! But figured Tampa / Clearwater / St.Pete was just as good since I was already there.
