Might be moving to Orlando

I have seen alot of threads about people moving to Florida lately, but still have a few questions. Right now I am in Ohio, and it has been extremely boring lately. Winter weather sucks when the temperature averages 30 degrees from November to February. Also, I am going to Ohio University, and all that there is to do around here it seems is to get drunk, which I don't do.

My plan is to move to Orlando and attend the Delta Academy sometime this year. From what I hear, Orlando has alot to offer, it is centrally located, has a major airport, and a big rotary crowd.

But what do you do when hurricanes come? Do you just park the 7 in the garage and pray it doesnt get damaged? Or do you take a road trip north?

Also, what are some of the negatives of Orlando, besides the humidity and temperature?

Are the roads taken care of? Are there many pot holes?

What rotary shops are near by?
