Congrats to me ,I won best of show on sunday at moroso NHRA import car show,4 foot trophy ,sony psp,100 dollars cash and braggen rites for having the cleanest car at the show.

did'nt get to run it because i did'nt have a trailer,so i drove there and did not want to get stranded if i broke ,but i entered the show and won the best in show ,and i have some sad news heading home the motor leaned and jammed a rotor ,the car is in surgery as i type,i'll find out how bad later tonigth,i wanna think all you guys from japtrix that pulled over to help me out ,big ups.I'll keep you guys up dated on how lucky makes out in surgery,ha,ah,

same thing i was thinking,i will never ever ever ever do that **** again,i 'am thinking maybe someone fucked with my boost controller ,but i can't be sure will find out tonigth.I 'll tell u guys you don't know how important a trailer is until u need one,me and my son were sranded for 6 damn hours.at 4:50 in the after noon ,nothing to drink damn mosquitos at nigth were attacking like pitbulls,we finally got to my shop at 1:30 a.m. got home at 4:00 a.m. no thinks to statefarm insurance.they couldn't get me a tow truck out that would take a check,they would only take cash ,no credit cards either.I have had statefarm ins. for well over 16 years and i have over 7 cars insured with them,and my contractors liability ,life ins,home owners. and all the policies have emergency roadside that i pay extra for 100 % reinburstment. I don't even have the strenth to deal with this crap today.but ill be on my game tomorrow,and i'm gonna rip'em a new one.

as of last nigth that is all i can think could have gone wrong but who knows ,I'll be up and running soon .by the way the judges at that show were a rare bunch that told me after the awards that they were so impressed on how clean the car was that it didn't matter if there were newer more popular skylines ,nsx,and all that,it came down to how well kept the car was,so big ups to the judging crew.And thinks for noticeing all my hard work i've put in to this car over the years.

Lucky, congrats on a well deserved prize and hope everything works out with the engine problem. That's why I run 10-13 psi. The engine and the turbo are barely awake and I still get ok power.

 

OK. update on luckys motor ,brand new front housing and brand new front rotor all new apex seals ,side seals ,springs ,upgrading fuel lines bigger,relocating boost controller.new fuel filter,

bitter sweet,ain't that the truth.It ain't easy being on top ,ha,ha .it stings but all i can do is improve things a bit.I'm thinking 3 rotor project, na just kidding maybe ,you never know.

Way to represent 1st gens as always, as well as all RX7s. It is so nice to have a car like yours to show people who are too young to appreciate 1st gens. Seriously, I learned to drive a car on a 1st gen when I was 14, my first car ever was a Lopez-ported 1st gen that I totalled and I am 25 now and have crossed over to the "dark side" of 3rd gens and 8s but I still love, respect and appreciate 1st gens, rx3s and the like, while they are not "khool" enough for a lot of youngsters...
