Hey guys, I need a little help. Im trying to diagnose a misfire and detonation on my S5 TII. Im thinking it might have something to do with the crappy N374 ecu im using. I was wondering if someone had a working condition N370 ecu I could plug in to see if thats my problem. I just want to plug it in, but if you have one for sale I would be interested in buying it if it works. I will throw ya some cash if you can help me out. I also have a bunch of parts so let me know and Ill hook ya up.

Im going Microtech when the tax refund comes, but the S13 is down right now so I have to drive the 7 daily and It really sucks having to baby the hell out of it all the time.

LOL, you're using an N374 ECU? Take it out and set it on fire.

Most people with the N374 ECUs have serious problems. Mine would intermittently energize the rear rotor primary injector. Others have had different issues, sometimes spark related and some surprisingly have no issues at all. Does the car run fine? Either way hit me up and I'll help you out, I have an N370 in my car you can test with. Numbers 7034775738

 

HAHA I know they are garbage! The car runs, but it just detonates and pings, not too bad, but I just dont want to chance it. I dont want to run the car but the S13 is down so I HAVE to drive it. It sucks I cant boost at all. Im just waiting on my taxes and the microtech is first priority.
