man that sucks. tell your brother to give you pics and a list of parts. post them here cause without that, this thread is useless.

odds are the parts will start showing up on craigslist or some other local forums.

tell him to look on the bright side, now he can get that Supra he has always wanted!

I agree with Simon about posting aftermarket parts that you've installed and look out for them on ebay or craigslist.

Will let him know, he will make a list so I can post it,... Yes the car was in my drive way with my parents car blocking it in, they must of picked it up and rolled it to the side into the grass somehow and pushed it. I wish I needed to walk my dogs when this was going down atleast I could of tried to do something.

Was the car gutted and so lightweight that they could do that ??? It would need to be super light and would require more than 1 thief to accomplish lifting a car sideways to get it out the driveway..

That sounds like a REALLY wild theorie

Had to be more than 1 theif, Maybe 3 or 4, but they must of jacked the car up and put the wheels on some roller and moved it sideways. The car had full interior. And they had to move a stepping stone we have that's in the grass also. Then must of pushed it down the complex and probably onto a toe truck. If that car was started anywhere in my area we would of hear it right away.

^^ very smart idea..

sucks he had the car for a week or 2 after getting it fixxed and over 500hp.

its mostly hondas that will get stolen, i bet if my car was in front of his, they prob wouldnt of touched mine either.... so many more acuras that kids own so they have more ppl to sell too.
but i mean rx7's would be harder to sell parts for since not many around to sell to. but i could be wrong.

SERIOUSLY

You think the theives invested in 4 "Go-Jacks"..... I can almost bet those jacks are big $$$$$$$... NOT to mention those steel wheels probably don't roll real well in GRASS...

The more theories you throw out the more I question your WILD train of thought....or lack of...

I would probably go with the theorie of them opening your parents car and moving it enough to get the Teggy out and then pushing it back in it's place..

Tell Anthony to start going to hang outs and local meets to see if parts or talk start popping up.. Some one may brag about their recent aquisition...

Good Luck to him...

he just left to one of his meets just now, and no not 4 go jacks probably just 2 to move the angle of the car to push it out, but thats what i was thinking about they dont roll in grass but maybe they had some thing like flat wood because we have stepping stone there which they moved. Plus why would they even move my parents car back? they just stole a car i doubt they'd be nice enough to move it back nor want to waste time putting it back..

It's a shame but car thieves when they want something they will get it unless you're smarter than this low life *******.You need to think like them to protect your property.I had a RX7 stolen from my garage once while I was at work ,it turn out the same guy that help me installed a 4,000 dollars system stole my car.I put the word on the street and I found out 3 months later the next door neighbor knew my work schedule and felt confident to steal my car since he knew what time I left and came back every night from work.I confronted him,he denied everything but moved a month later from his home,It's probably too late now but you need to really think who you hang out with or any stranger around your car in the previous days.I always install a kill switch in my car and always turn the steering wheel and lock it.Make it hard for this guys to steal your property.Good luck on finding the car,I feel your pain and anger!!!!!!

problem with him is, he goes to all the crappy meets that all the bad and random ppl hang out in and you dont know who they are or anything, i have gone with him sometimes and just keep my mouth shut, stay next to my car or always have it within my view and never lift my hood to show anyone anything. ill make small talk if someone asks questions or i have one but i dont get buddy buddy with ppl outside the 7club and anytime i left i make sure im not being followed. if i think i am i dont head home and just cruise for a little longer. I bet they could still find out where i live by other means of course , but i try to take precaution.

Whats the point in owning a car if you have to do all that?
