So the 12a that I picked up earlier this year and got up and running again is getting ready to go through another transformation (water pump and thermostat blew the other week), and I've realized that the next steps in restoration are going to take a bit more know how & experience than I have in rotaries (specifically overhauling the engine, replacing all seals/gaskets).

I'm situated north of Nashville in the Clarksville/ Ft. Campbell area and only see 2 other FBs in the area (neither of which look like they are driven much). Is there anyone or any lost shops on this side of the states or should I start contacting people in Morristown or over the border in Georgia for future advice/parts/help?

I'm wishing to start simple with doing an overhaul on the rotors, housings, seals, gaskets as well as iron out small time to replace issues on worn out parts (ie, water pump, pilot bearing, etc).
