Here we go again!
Despite being rained on a bit during the morning and early afternoon, the track event a few weeks ago was ABSOLUTELY fantastic!

The company was great, everyone was knowledgeable, and everyone had a great time.
Only had a few track-offs, but the event was great, and no one got hurt. The catered lunch was a huge plus as well!

Also, this is a trackday, please be responsible when filling out how many events you have been to. This isn't racing, there are no winners, it's all about learning how to handle your car.

Jzilla Track Days: Fall Event - Sunday September 29th Atlanta Motor Sports Park

 

Thank you Andrew for posting this.

I figured Id put a user to the board and personally say hello to all of you.

JzillaTrackday is the only all inclusive catered event. Food and Drinks.

Also, Helmets are available at the track for rent per DiscoveryParts for 40$. They will credit you $40 towards their online pricing if you decide this is the sport for you and you want to buy a helmet.

No upcharge on that for being onsite.

I've convinced Jason of Flawless Energy Drink to come out and hang out with us and he'll have some of his drinks for sale!
If you think Red Bull tastes like crap, then you are agreeing with everyone else that has had this drink, it tastes very good in fact, and has no bad aftertaste most energy drinks have!

No plugs here; if you haven't tried one yet, seriously try one (for sale at some local gas stations now), they're flying off the shelves (literally). So if you don't find one then, and don't plan on tracking, you can at least come up, hang out, and have a drink!

what track is this and the location?

 

Atlanta Motorsports Park, it's located in Dawsonville GA, which is north ish Georgia.

 

Is this event only open to those who pay? Can I drive my rx7 over and watch? I don't wanna get on the track yet?

 

Public Spectators are welcome in the afternoon. We try to limit the morning with driver guests.
