ok.. can i get a quick tally of who is coming. it would be easier if someone who is leading a caravan would just list how many people will be with them, that way i can be sure to order the right amount of food.

In the event of a rainout. . . . . you got a fallback spot in mind? We are in the midst of "prepare to evacuate" season, bro

I want to go but not sure if I'll be able to attend though. I believe that the same weekend this meet falls is the same weekend my tuner will be in town. I only let one guy touch my car, and he unfortunately doesn't live in the country and comes around every 6 months or so. So far he "may" be coming in to town that weekend. I will deff try to have her tuned by Friday so I don't miss the meet.
RX-3 SP in Jax
Hi Pete,
I would also like to attend the gathering at the park Saturday.
After many years of looking, I finally found and just bought (this weekend) a 77 RX-3 SP. The car is going to need a lot of work but seems to have most of the trim including the spoilers and louver kit. Currently, it has a 4 port racing 12A with RB intake and Holley carb, 5 speed late trans, RB clutch and the original RX3 diff. Front suspension is from a GSL-SE. The car starts and runs but right now it's mostly set for the racetrack. I want to cosmeticaly restore the car closer to original but also need to make it more streetable since I don't intend to race it.
I'm in Jacksonville, Florida and would really appreciate any help in finding a reputable and knowledgeable shop here that may be able to help set up the drivetrain and suspension. I can also use some help finding sources for trim and interior items like carpet, dash, etc.
Thanks for any info you can provide, after all these years, it's good to be back in rotorland .

Some stupid bitch who saw me coming the opposite direction decided to start a left turn in front of me. I pointed the nose of my car to go into the oncoming lane and around her instead of braking hard. She then realizes that ***GEE*** her fat *** was slowing her car down too much and she shouldn't have started the turn in the first place. At this point, she tries to get her car back in her lane and I'm forced to brake very hard and try to get my car pointed back to my lane. It was way too late and my brakes locked up as we hit in the center of road.
My daughter was with me and she was having back and side pains and was shaken up since it was her first experience in an accident...errrrrrrrr...collision (stupid, fat at-fault bitch). I sent her to the emergency room as a precaution, and everything seems fine. We'll see how sore she is in the morning.
And, to top it all off, the lady lied her *** off (which took a lot of lying) to the cops, so it became a he said/she said deal. She claimed she was going straight and that I was all over the road, so she tried turning out of the way. Even though my skid marks started in my lane and there wasn't enough damage for an accident between two vehicles with an aggregate speed of approximately ~70 mph (which it would have been if she was telling the truth), she stuck to her story and got away with it. The cop wrote it up with no tickets issued.
Finally, some redneck hick showed up that knew her and he decided to threaten me as he walked past me. So, when they get my address off of the police report, I'm sure this saga will continue.
It looks like my Prelude would need a new front clip, both fenders, a hood, radiator, and A/C condenser to run again. Oh yeah- and a new windshield. I forgot the firemen pried my hood open so I could shut off the cooling fan. I limped the car home the half mile or so to my house and halfway there, the hood folded back and impacted the windshield. Haha...oops.
