yeah i have been there. we go to the publix on argyle in oakleaf. anyone want to try and do a non formal meet this sat like last sat?

 

I would come out like I normally do, but my thermostat is busted, and Mazda wont have one in until Monday or soo...

Oakleaf is alot closer to me than Beach Blvd. There is supposed to be a big gathering of all types of cars at Kmart on Normandy at I295 Sat night.... Be nice to see a whole bunch of 7's roll in at once.... but I'm game if y'all wanna meet up somewhere... gotta get the wax and buffing pad out, she hasn't been shined up properly in about 2 years....

Yo. I keep seeing a black vert and a red vert going north bound on 17 from greencove to orange park. Anyone on here? I work at the TK on 17 and see one or the other atleast once a week.

 

I saw a pretty clean black TII with a large rear wing a couple weeks ago. It had S5 tails. Is he on here?

I may have to stop by one of these meets once I get retuned. Keep me update on dates and times

Well.
Now the meets are happening out on Beach Blvd.
At the Sonic's out there.

I dont usually show up til 9 or later.
There are usually two other FD's out there.
Mine should be running this weekend..

Now I've been busy for the last couple of days so haven't checked in here, but Saturday night I got some free time and figured I'd head over to Publix and see who shows. At about 9:30, a black TII pulls in with a healthy but very quiet exhaust and nice body kit. I'm the only 7 in the lot so he stops and we start talking. Says his name is Ian and some people here know him. Very nice guy, told me alot about his car. He was told there would be alot of 7's there as well. Say's he normally goes over to Sonic (neither of us knew you would all be there).
Later as the crowd is getting larger, some of his freinds show up and I am kinda listening to the things being said. Sounds as if Ian's car is alot more than it seems.
Later, he gave a freind a ride and as he was leaving down the street, he got into it just a tad. The waste gate hit and every eye in the parking lot gave the expression of wtf! Even guy there with cammed healthy sounding camaro seemed impressed....

Even thought I didn't get to meet alot of you regular guys, it was nice to meet another local rx7 enthusiast... and a seemingly very knowledgable one at that.

Hope to see more of you guys and your rides in the future.
