05-07 ford explorer dark blue @ I-95 south @ university license plate # W66-1BC
these are undercover police officers driving normal looking cars and have regular tags. if you have any more please post here .

Hmmm, you know I work on these vehicles at the city motor pool..... There are a BUNCH more than that. Don't rely on the tags. They are not assigned to the car and may be switched......
There are also 2 brand new suburbans, all white, with strobes that will light up your nite. There are several black impalas, but I don't remember seeing a blue explorer... That may be a FHP vehicle.
