if you have a paypal account setup already when they send you the money it goes directly to your bank account and then you have to add a 3% service charge that paypal charges for using them...

It is best to set it up with your bank account since the funds could be transferred there. It will take 3-4 days to effect the transfer. However, after 60 days of being a paypal member you are eligible to have a Paypal Debit Card. When you use it you will only get charged $1.00 to withdraw and if you make regular purchases with your Paypal debit card then they reimburse 1% which is not bad considering that Paypal charge 2.79% + 0.30 cent on Donestic transactions and a full 4% for international. You also have Buyer and Seller protection when you have verified address registered with Paypal. If you dont get your merchandise within the first 30 days you can enter into a dispute and have the funds returned back to you.

Now, keep in mind that it is better to have your paypal account funded with a credit card as well because those credit card companies have the power to dispute on your behalf thus getting you the chargeback completed in the event that the seller doesnt send you the merchandise.

The seller will have to provide tracking information for receipt and if they can then they are out of gas. Paypal is a Fast , Safe, and Secure. Convenient too.
