Got pics of the Tree Wreck. Need Advice!
The windshield has been removed. So i need to get the roof straightend out. The top of the left front finder looks like the roof, its almost pushed down onto the wheel, and the driver door is dented at the beginining part where it connects to the frame. I know this is fixable. I'm in orlando, and I'm looking for some wise comments about how to fix it, and if theres anyone who can in my area... And what I might be dishin out in cash to get it fixed. Everything internally works fantastic.

I refuse to let this car rot in our backyard. I want to bring it back in action and get this thing back on the road. It not only has countless hours of blood and sweat, but it has alot of emotional ties behind it. I want it back on the road by the next 2 months.

Go find a parts car.
That dents not fixable in my opinion because it looks streched out.
After you find the parts car, get sombody to cut off the top of the car. Then cut off the top of yours. Then get sombody to weld on the other top to yours.
do you see what im saying.

Hate to say this, but that is a very difficult repair to get right and may not be worth the effort/costs. It will take a top notch shop to get it right. Part of the problem with that type of dent, the roof is not only pushed down, but the sides are drawn in too, making fitting the doors and the windshield problematic.

Yeah, but with that mindset ALL the time, we're going to start running out of bodies!
I think thats repairable. I aint no specialist, however im sure with the right body guy, you can fix just about anything. It may be stretchable back. Metal is pliable, after all. I dont know, get some qoutes on a fix maybe? Then compare and bring us back some feed back

Terrified.
It does suck but like everyone else has said - it is too far gone to repair. Find another donor car, and don't let it happen again. I you do want to fix it you are going to have to do a roof transplant, and that takes quite a bit of precise work.

How To repair this properly.
Strengthen the frame:
Jack up car or put on a rotisserie. Weld Re-Bar along the edges of the channels on the bottom of the floorboard from front to back. Alternatively weld plate steel or small I beams there to reinforce the floor. Remove the interior and any glue along seams in the metal anywhere in the car. RUn a bead right along all those seams to replace the glue. Prime, Paint, and reinstall interior. Repeat in engine bay, paying particular attention to strut towers.
Remove unnecessary items:
Cut at the top of the A pillars.
Remove hatch and rear windows, Cut at the bottom of the B and C pillars. Chuck the roof.
Repair what you can:
Straighten out upper windshield frame. Install new glass, or perferably plexiglass.
Get replacement parts:
Find a mid 80's Mercedes Benz SLK. Gank the top.
Find a mid 80's 626. Gank the trunk lid.
Install said parts on the car and call it a day.
I've seen a setup using those exact parts and it looks very nice.
